Who I Am

I’m a Fractional CTO who partners with growth-focused B2B companies in regulated industries, transforming complex technology challenges into scalable, strategic solutions. My experience spans industries where security, compliance, and user experience are critical. Unlike traditional CTOs, I bring both hands-on expertise and high-level strategic guidance to ensure your technology doesn’t just keep up but actively drives your business forward. My purpose is to align your tech, teams, and vision, creating a foundation that supports growth, builds resilience, and empowers you to lead.

Why I Do What I Do

I believe technology should be a bridge to growth, not a barrier. Too often, companies find themselves in cycles of quick fixes that solve immediate issues but create more obstacles down the road. My mission is to help companies build tech systems that are practical, scalable, and aligned with their long-term vision for compliance, customer satisfaction, and growth. This work isn’t just about getting it done—it’s about building a framework that enables your entire team to succeed. Integrity, accountability, and clear communication guide my approach, ensuring that each decision supports your growth and vision.

How I Got From There to Here

Early on, I realized that sustainable growth requires more than just “fixing tech issues.” Real growth is about aligning technology with your long-term business goals and fostering cross-functional understanding.

As I took on more responsibilities, I found myself working with departments outside of engineering. At first, I struggled to communicate their value to my own team, leading to missed opportunities for true alignment.

I learned that to drive success, I needed to understand the perspectives and goals of every team involved. I sought mentorship outside my field and offered mentorship in return, broadening my view to value diverse expertise and open communication.​

Behind the Scenes

Outside of consulting, I’m passionate about smart home technology. I enjoy experimenting with tools that make life more efficient and integrated, much like how I approach business solutions. This hands-on interest keeps me attuned to innovation and practical application, a balance I bring to every project.​

You’d Never Guess This!

One thing you might not know: I’m a certified wilderness first responder. My love for climbing, hiking, and exploring remote areas led me to pursue advanced training to handle emergencies in the wild. This training taught me to stay calm, assess situations quickly, and make critical decisions with limited resources—skills that have proven invaluable in business, where unexpected challenges demand the same level of readiness, focus, and adaptability.
